Photobooth Ideas

The photo booth at last night’s wedding was a huge hit, with almost a non-stop line the entire reception. There were a couple of little snags, but nevertheless it went great and gave us ideas for the next wedding.

First, we’re bringing a faster printer. Tested out a new printer and it prints a photo in 35 seconds, instead of the previous 3 minutes.

Second, we’re buying a bigger folding table to bring with, just in case we aren’t provided with one. We were a little cramped last night with our tiny card table, so a bigger one will be better.

Third, we’re attaching our spare monitor to the laptop so there can be a slideshow of the day playing on one, and we can edit on the other. One time transfer of photos and it’s done.

Fourth and last, we’re buying PROPS! We’re thinking big fun sunglasses, hats, chalkboards or dry-erase boards for guests to write messages to the bride & groom…. What else would be a fun prop for a photo booth??
